Party favourites - jelly and ice cream!

Hi Everyone, it's me, Frog!

Last week, I promised you a picture of jelly and ice cream at my party........ so here he is! tee hee.

He's only small, but he can lick a lot of ice cream! I've been giving him lessons so he can eat really BIG ice creams in just a few gollups.

It's something kittens have to learn :)

If you want to be good at something, you have to practice, practice practice. So this week we have been practising eating lots of ice cream in just a few gollups. When we got tired of that, and our tongues were REALLY FROZEN, we tried that other party favourite - Jelly and custard!!

Hurrah! I LOVE jelly and custard.

Jelly really got stuck in! He can slurp up a whole bowl of custard in seven and a half slurps!
I am very proud of him :)
OH! Watch out, it's the Whisker Washing police!!!!!


















I'm off before Obi-Sven wants to wash MY whiskers too! ERK.
She can be VERY strict sometimes!!

Happy Birthday to me!

Hi Everyone, it's me, little bit older Frog!
Now I am NINE!!
Here is a very old cartoon of me that we made a LONG time ago. This is a historical picture!

We've had a great time here at the beach house for my birthday, and we decided that it might be nice to think of nine things about me that you might not already know.
I LIKE making lists! Oh, that isn't one of the things you might not already know, that's just me saying that I like to make lists of things, so making a list of nine things you don't know about the real live Frog the Dog will be good fun :)
1. I was born on a farm in the Lake district, and met Helen when I was 5weeks old
2. Last week a very very small person saw my picture and said: "Snowman!!"
3. My favourite food is really scrambled eggs
4. People ask me ALL THE TIME why I am called Frog.
5. I NEVER ask people why they are called their name.
6. I LOVE balloons, and I can hold them in my teeth carefully for quite a while before I make them go BANG!!
7. I don't mind a bit when balloons go off bang in my face.
8. When any other tiny noise happens, like someone opening a yogurt, I run away and hide under the desk.
9. I have a VERY GOOD memory.
There! AND I can count to nine!!
I have to go now, because it's my bedtime, but I'll be back another day, maybe with some pics of me on the beach having a dip in the ocean!
And maybe a pic of the jelly and ice cream at my party......

6a. I LOVE going to the vet! Mr Nix is one of my fave people.
7a. I take my medicine every day (twice a day) like a VERY GOOD DOG! (Apart from when Lulu looks after me when I pretend I can't possibly swallow those TINY tablets without something yummy to help them go down - hehe)
8a. I am a bit shortsighted. so you will have to get closer so I can see you properly!

It's nearly Frog's Birthday!

Hi Everyone, it's me, Ginger Jelly!
I haven't had a turn on the blog for AGES, so I asked Frog if I could have a go today, and he said I could!
He made me say that kittens are not as cute as puppies though! Huh, not fair!
Then Frog said that if I had a go on the blog, I must not tell ANYONE that it is his birthday next week.
Real Frog is NINE on Monday, so he is getting QUITE OLD! We are all making cards for him and making a cake and balloons and everything!
Oops............sorry Frog!
I think I better go help make the cake now!

Hi Everyone, it's me, author's dog Frog!

Children, do your favourite grown ups ever get out the family photographs, and go all soppy when they see photos of you being very small??

Do they SHOW these photos of you being very small to their friends??

ERK!!

That's what happened to me at the weekend - it's SO embarrassing!

My author was giving our office a good tidy out, and she found a whole pile of stuff that used to be on the wall in our old office and was waiting for a home in our new office.

I LOVED seeing all the pics of my special friends when THEY were small - haha!

BUT oh dear, then she found this pic of me when I was just a pup, and she's been showing it to everyone ever since. It has made her go VERY soppy! Youchers.

Look at me, I am SO little that my ears haven't started to stand up yet!

It's lucky I hid that one of me in the bath! phew....

That's all from me for now, all this being embarrassed has made me feel VERY hungry!
